Join us for a fabulous evening of cocktails, dinner, silent auction, gaming, and great prizes. All proceeds will directly fund programs and research to benefit those living with Chiari malformation, syringomyelia and related disorders.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Masks will be required. COVID-19 health and safety rules will be followed.

If you will be attending the event, please note the following:

Upon arrival at the Hilton, a Wellness Coordinator will assist your guests with the following:

  • Temperature check
  • Completion of a short wellness questionnaire
  • Collecting testing or vaccine data

Attendees will have to provide one (1) of these three options to enter the event:

  • A negative covid result from a PCR (lab) Test that was performed within 72 hours of the start of the event.
  • A negative covid result from a Rapid Exam that was performed within 6 hours of the start of the event.
  • A vaccine record card that shows a complete 2 dose Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or a 1 dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
  • The full vaccine dosage must be administered 2 weeks in advance of the event.
