1st Annual Cerebrospinal Fluid Disorders Symposium: Consider Chiari BROWN UNIVERSITY, PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND - JUNE 25, 2016 INTRODUCTION Dr. Petra M. Klinge introduces the speakers and attendees at the 1st Annual CSF Disorders Symposium, sponsored by CSF and presented in partnership with the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. Over 100 medical professionals were in attendance to receive Continuing Medical Education (CME). Importantly, 40 attendees were physician assistant students who were first introduced to disorders of cerebrospinal fluid who otherwise may never have learned about these disorders other than a cursory paragraph in their medical textbooks. The Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation was honored to have been a part of such an amazing day, preparing professionals of today and tomorrow to better care for patients. (2016)
