Dr. Vijay Ravindra, recipient of the 2020 Chiari Award, funded by Bobby Jones CSF and awarded by the joint sections of the AANS and the CNS, speaks with us on Chiari Research - Emphasis on Biomechanical Parameters. His lecture addresses: the wide variety of clinical severity, phenotypes of Chiari malformation with and without syringomyelia, the emphasis on CSF dynamics, flow through the craniocervical junction and that biomechanics may play a large role in varying presentation.   This lecture and Q&A was given completely virtually on February 18, 2021 under the Ask the Expert International Research Series.(2021)
