Continuing a long-standing partnership, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke in the U.S. and Kazan University in Russia have been studying Chiari malformation in families. Bobby Jones CSF SEA Board member, Dr. John Heiss describes this work in detail in this presentation and describes the exciting new research to which this project may lead. This presentation was made as part of the 2019 Research Colloquium. This meeting was meant to disseminate new research in Chiari, syringomyelia and related disorders and was hosted by the Bobby Jones CSF on October 19th in San Francisco, California. (2019)
