AUGUST 18, 2018
Mothers Lisa Reynolds and Karin Jackson and their children transitioning into college and adulthood, Katelyn and Keegan, lead a panel discussion at the 2018 St. Louis, MO Chapter meeting. The panel describes how they navigated the educational system. They discuss navigating IEPs, 504 plans and other steps in educational advocacy, insisting on excellence in elementary school, high school and college. Learn from them what may or may not work in advocating for a fair education if you or your child has Chiari, syringomyelia or a related disorder.
