3rd Annual CSF Disorders Symposium: Connective Tissue Syndromes and Manifestations of CSF Disorders in the Brain and Spine

BROWN UNIVERSITY - PROVIDENCE, RI - JUNE 16, 2018
Dr. Edward Stopa gives a fascinating talk about what we know about the science underlying the connection between Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and the so-called "occult" tethered cord syndrome. Occult tethered cord syndrome is a type of tethered cord that seems to have no visible cause on imaging, but are clinically symptomatic. This presentation provides more information on where we are in understanding these disorders and lays out future steps for research that will benefit patients with both EDS and occult tethered cord.
