Dr. Petra Klinge describes what has become known as
"occult" tethered cord syndrome, which is a type of
tethered cord syndrome that seems to have no known cause. It is not well understood how or why this condition appears in a small subset of patients, but Dr. Klinge describes what is known right now and what we still need to learn.
