Is My Headache Due to my Chiari Malformation?

Dr. Dimitrios Nikas gives a great lecture on the neurology of headache. This lecture helps us better understand what types of headaches can be caused by a Chiari malformation. Knowing if a patient's headaches are definitely being caused by their Chiari malformation is so important! Knowing this helps us understand whether a patient will do better (or maybe even worse!) after having a Chiari surgery (posterior fossa decompression).
