In this Ask the Expert, Dr. Neena Marupudi gives a presentation on Chiari malformation/craniospinal junction geometry and measurements...the group at Children's Hospital of Michigan - Detroit, MI is currently working on a research study that is looking at the predictive value of some of this geometry on association with syringomyelia and outcomes and answers. Dr. Marupudi answers questions surrounding Chiari, hyper mobility, craniocervical instability, treatments and surgical intervention.
