Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can be a useful tool in managing chronic pain. It can be a means of maximizing your quality of life. In this “workshop” style presentation, Dr. Victoria Felix goes over the differences between pain and suffering and aims to understand and provide tools to manage the audience's struggles as they go through constant chronic pain. Dr. Victoria Felix gives us a psychological perspective on how to take control of your brain using CBT.
