Marina Andrawis is a fourth year medical student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School applying into anesthesia. She graduated from Harvard College in 2021 with a major in Neuroscience and has been involved in research since high school focusing on the Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor in mice with spinal cord injury. Since then, Marina has broadened her research interests to include other related studies, including the role of sleep and addiction medicine, and psychiatric conditions. Due to her interest in neuroscience, she is volunteering with Bobby Jones CSF to help patients with pain and other associated symptoms of Chiari and Syringomyelia. Marina loves the care and dedication that all members of Bobby Jones CSF have and looks forward to helping attain the aspirations of the organization.
