Dr. Vijay Ravindra is a board certified pediatric neurosurgeon currently practicing in San Diego at Naval Medical Center San Diego and Rady Children’s Hospital. He is affiliated with the University of California San Diego Department of Neurosurgery. He completed his neurosurgery training at the University of Utah and pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital. His clinical interests include disorders of the craniocervical junction, pediatric brain tumors, and scoliosis. His main areas of research interest include clinical outcomes research in children and tissue properties of the craniocervical junction.
